Build and modernize software across Balio's portfolio companies.
Work with product managers and company teams to understand customer needs, improve existing systems, and develop capabilities including AI.
Own work from technical design through production.

- Build product features, services, and integrations that solve real customer problems.
- Modernize existing systems while preserving business rules and workflows customers depend on.
- Make practical decisions about architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Use AI tools to improve development, with responsibility for testing and code quality.
- Release, monitor, and maintain work, sharing useful approaches across the group.
What You Bring
- Experience building and maintaining production software.
- Strong programming fundamentals and sound judgment about system design.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and work through ambiguous problems.
- Clear communication and ownership from problem through delivery.
