What you’ll do
- Work with users to understand workflows, constraints, and opportunities.
- Identify valuable problems and define a practical first solution.
- Build applications, integrations, and AI agents connected to existing systems and data.
- Take prototypes into production, handling reliability, permissions, and failure cases.
- Help teams adopt solutions, measure results, and turn successful approaches into reusable tools.
What you bring
- Strong hands-on software engineering skills and experience shipping usable solutions.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into software.
- Practical experience with APIs, integrations, and AI tools or applications.
- Confidence working directly with non-technical users and taking ownership of open-ended problems.
