Own a product area within Balio’s portfolio, working with company leaders, customers, and engineers to decide what to build and deliver it.
Use industry knowledge and AI opportunities to improve existing products and develop customer-valued capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and the product’s commercial context.
- Set priorities and a roadmap grounded in customer value, business impact, and delivery effort.
- Turn problems into clear product requirements and make trade-offs with engineering.
- Lead discovery, delivery, and launch with sales, support, and company teams.
- Measure adoption and outcomes to improve the product and decide what comes next.
What you bring
- Experience taking software products or significant features from discovery to launch.
- Strong customer discovery, analytical, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and make informed technical trade-offs.
- Commercial judgment, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to delivery.
