Job Summary

Technical Delivery and Development

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX solutions using X++ and upgrade-safe extensions.
• Participate in requirements analysis, fit-gap workshops, technical reviews, effort estimation, and development planning.
• Design and implement product enhancements, add-on modules, and scalable ERP applications.
• Maintain technical documentation, customizations, and development best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Integration and Data Management

• Use the Data Migration Framework for data import, export, and migration activities.
• Support integrations using APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with teams using SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Reporting Services.

Collaboration and Support

• Communicate with customers, developers, consultants, and service delivery teams to resolve application issues.
• Provide troubleshooting, training, customer support, and issue resolution.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation for ongoing support.

Continuous Improvement

• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to drive innovation.
• Implement best practices, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies, Power Platform tools, and ERP industry trends.

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations modules.
• Skills in X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps pipelines, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Git.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL Server, and data management within F&O.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, security roles, user management, and compliance standards.
• Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Microsoft stack experience, including at least 2+ years focused on Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Participation in multiple end-to-end full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• MB-500 and MB-920 certifications are listed as preferred certifications.
• Global rollouts and multi-entity implementation experience is a plus.
