Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions.
• Build complex software, scripts, and tools in a feature team.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
• Produce complex, critical, high-quality software that adds business value.
• Own work across the full lifecycle from development through maintenance and decommissioning.
• Design, produce, test, and implement working code.
• Work from requirements analysis and design through coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Collaborate to optimize software engineering capability and build stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

• Have a background in software engineering, software design, and architecture.
• Have at least four years of experience with Python and LLMs.
• Have experience in multiple programming languages or low-code toolsets.
• Have experience with DevOps, testing, Agile methodology, and associated toolsets.
• Have experience solving highly complex analytical and numerical problems.
• Apply programming best practices for scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in agentic architecture or data science is preferred.

Location

• The role is located in Gurugram, India.
• The employer's Gurugram hub is at Candor TechSpace in Sector 21.
