• Primary work location is Chennai, India, with hybrid/remote flexibility.

• This is a full-time role.

Essential Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete product development cycle: analysis, architecture, design, coding, unit integration, and system testing.
• Provide sustaining support, feature enhancements, and performance optimizations.
• Work with Product Management, Technical Architects, and Software Development Managers to confirm and track requirements from conception through delivery.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and execution of agile work items.
• Communicate progress and obstacles transparently, seek help when needed, and mentor teammates.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bring 3-5 years of experience developing robust web applications.
• Demonstrate strong Java coding skills and knowledge of Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Hibernate/JPA.
• Have hands-on experience with Angular, modern JavaScript frameworks, Bootstrap, and Sass.
• Show microservices development experience and understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Have experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field such as BE/B.Tech or MCA.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• MongoDB knowledge is a strong plus.
