About the Role

Essential Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, maintainable React.js frontend and Node.js backend solutions.
• Implement micro-frontends and Module Federation for large-scale application integration.
• Use event-driven architecture and message queues for asynchronous processes and complex workflows.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members on design, coding standards, best practices, and professional development.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with React.js, Node.js or similar frameworks, and API development.
• Proficiency in React.js and Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL databases including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or Firestore.
• Expertise in event-driven integration, pub/sub messaging, and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Redux or similar React state management and Webpack or similar frontend build tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor software engineers.
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud architecture; GCP is preferred.

Other Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, frontend languages, engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with Material UI or Bootstrap.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team while delivering high-quality, performant solutions.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies.
