What you’ll do
- Advance capabilities across industries and work with privacy, security, data modeling, and architecture.
- Develop and deliver full-stack code and promote strong testing, documentation, and observability practices.
- Partner with product and other stakeholders to uncover requirements, innovate, and solve complex problems.
- Own architectural decisions and pursue continuous improvement in technology and processes.
What you’re great at
- At least 6 years of backend software development experience in Java.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and fluency in at least a few listed cloud, containerization, and collaboration/deployment tools.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with and mentor less experienced teammates.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Total compensation
- The stated total compensation range is $220,000–$290,000, depending on skills and experience.
- The range combines base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new-hire equity; compensation varies by factors including location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
