Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, code review, and architectural direction; help shape quality products and solutions.
• Own delivery across concurrent engagements from requirements clarification through deployment.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows, including prompt design, agent workflows, multi-file refactoring, and human review of generated code.
• Deliver user stories and participate in estimation, sprint planning, development, reviews, testing, research, deployment, and documentation.
• Contribute to front-end and back-end architecture decisions, communicate risks and trade-offs, and support continuous process improvement.
• Stay current with relevant technology and AI tooling; use source control and maintain process documentation.

Required skills and experience

• At least 6 years of development-team experience across front-end and back-end stacks.
• Experience mentoring developers and serving as technical reference for a small team.
• In-depth C#/.NET (current LTS) and ASP.NET services knowledge; strong GraphQL API experience.
• Strong React with TypeScript skills; MongoDB experience including MongoDB Atlas deployments.
• Regular use of Azure DevOps repositories, boards, and pipelines, and GitHub.
• Current hands-on use of AI coding assistants as a core daily practice, including agent workflows, multi-file refactors, and careful human review.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience with Agile and Kanban in mixed-discipline teams.
• Self-starter who is organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Computer Science bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.

Preferred and additional experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Storage Accounts, B2C, Key Vault, API Services, and Functions.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions or products and working alongside data engineers and cross-discipline contributors.
• Experience evaluating frameworks and technologies, recommending adoption, and applying software quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience building consensus across teams.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and AI-augmented team practices is an asset.
• Appreciation for the varied expertise needed to build products, including subject matter experts, engineers, designers, and user experience practitioners.

Office location and hours

• Office location is Riyadh.
• Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
