YESAGAIN FZC seeks a hands-on developer to build AI-powered tools and automate workflows across operations, quality, HR, and inventory.

What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and business tools.
- Automate data entry, reporting, approvals, and notifications using scripts, APIs, and workflow tools.
- Integrate LLMs, chatbots, document processing, and data extraction into daily operations.
- Connect internal systems with third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks.
- Build dashboards and reports that support operational decisions.
- Work with department heads to identify bottlenecks and deliver practical solutions.
- Document systems and support end users.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills; Node.js and React are mentioned.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Solid SQL database knowledge; PostgreSQL or MySQL is preferred.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and cloud deployment.
- Problem-solving skills to turn business needs into working solutions.
- Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- A UAE driving license is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, or inventory systems.
- Knowledge of RPA, OCR, or computer vision.
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or electronics.
Compensation and benefits
