YESAGAIN FZC is an electronics refurbishment company seeking an E-commerce Manager to own and grow its marketplace and website business.
The position is full-time and on-site at Saif Zone, Sharjah, UAE, with ownership of the online business and direct reporting to management.
Strategy and team leadership
- Set e-commerce strategy, sales targets, and P&L; grow sales and profitability across channels and markets.
- Lead the e-commerce team, establish KPIs and SOPs, and coordinate with warehouse, technical, accounts, and management teams.
Marketplaces, listings, and operations
- Manage Amazon.ae, Noon, other UAE/GCC marketplaces, and the company’s online store; maintain account health, compliance, and marketplace relationships.
- Oversee optimized listings, accurate refurbished-device details, pricing, inventory, and FBA/FBN planning.
- Manage advertising, promotions, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, warranty claims, disputes, and customer feedback.
Reporting and analysis
- Present weekly and monthly reports; analyze sales, conversion, margins, advertising, return rates, customer trends, payouts, and fees.
- Use data, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of UAE e-commerce experience, including 2 years in a manager or lead role.
- Proven sales growth on Amazon.ae and/or Noon; experience with Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Hands-on marketplace advertising, pricing, listing optimization, P&L and budget experience; strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Leadership ability and good English communication; UAE driving license required.
Preferred experience
- Electronics experience, preferably refurbished or used devices.
- Arabic, GCC marketplace launches, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, B2B/refurbished platforms, and automation or AI tools are advantageous.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is stated as from AED 1.00 per month, with a performance bonus linked to sales targets.
