Role overview

Seeking an experienced MacBook technician specializing in Apple devices.

The role covers hands-on hardware and software diagnosis and repair.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair MacBook screens, batteries, keyboards, and other hardware.
  • Perform logic board-level repairs and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot macOS.
  • Handle data backup and recovery.
  • Provide technical assessments and solutions while maintaining repair quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of MacBook or Apple device repair experience.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and board-level repair knowledge.
  • Experience with macOS installation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Previous UAE experience is a plus; logic board repair experience is prioritized.

Salary and benefits
