Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software across the Digital Port Solutions portfolio, including full-stack work on frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and integrations.
  • Support technical design and architecture decisions for new functionality and customer implementations.
  • Lead adoption of AI-assisted development tools and agent-based workflows, and establish secure, responsible engineering standards for their use.
  • Automate repetitive development, testing, documentation, and code review; support AI-enabled product capabilities where applicable.
  • Improve maintainability, automated testing, code quality, and development lifecycle efficiency; mentor developers and promote modern practices.
  • Collaborate across Product, Business Analysis, QA, DevOps, and delivery teams; troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
  • Measure the effect of AI-enabled engineering practices on productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required experience and competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience as a senior full-stack software developer and solid experience with modern web application architecture and enterprise software.
  • Experience with .NET/C#, Angular/TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs or comparable stacks; Azure, containers, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, security, and maintainability.
  • Practical experience with AI coding assistants, development agents, or agentic software workflows, including critical validation of AI-generated code.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership while actively contributing to software delivery.

Preferred experience

  • Experience implementing AI/LLM capabilities in enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, RAG, MCP, tool integrations, or similar AI application patterns is preferred.
  • Experience with high-availability or operationally critical software is preferred.
  • Maritime, transportation, logistics, or other complex operational environment experience is an advantage.
