Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site teams and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain service quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and report site issues, complaints, and requirements to the Operations Manager.
- Prepare and submit daily service reports, checklists, and work completion reports.
- Ensure proper use and availability of chemicals, tools, equipment, and PPE.
- Coordinate emergency and additional service requirements.
- Support site surveys, manpower deployment, and operational planning.
- Ensure company procedures and client requirements are followed.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in facility management, cleaning, pest control, swimming pool, or other soft services is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
