Pesco Environmental Services is seeking an experienced sales professional with 3–4 years of UAE experience in facilities management, soft services, cleaning, pest control, MEP, or related service industries.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and build a sales pipeline across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other sectors.
- Promote FM and soft services, including cleaning, pest control, pool maintenance, water tank cleaning, rope access, duct cleaning, and landscaping.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service assessments; prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and tenders and convert opportunities into contracts.
- Manage existing relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets, maintain sales records, and coordinate with operations and commercial teams on mobilization and execution.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of UAE sales experience; FM or soft services experience is preferred.
- Proven B2B sales and business development track record; ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- UAE driving license is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- UAE FM/contracting market knowledge and a client network are preferred; immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Work location
- Work location is in person; travel across Dubai and other Emirates for client meetings and site visits is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
