About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of cleaning staff at site
- Allocate duties and work schedules for cleaners
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of staff
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Train new cleaners on procedures and safety practices
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or shortages to supervisor
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules and PPE usage
- Maintain daily cleaning checklists and reports
- Coordinate with client/site management for feedback and complaints
- Support manpower handling during absences or emergencies.

Overtime will be compensated in accordance with company policy and UAE Labour Law.
Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
