About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to join our growing team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise cleaning staff on-site
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained
- Handle cleaning equipment and machines professionally
- Prepare and mix cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
- Coordinate daily tasks and report to the supervisor/operations team
- Ensure team attendance, discipline, and proper task completion
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of cleaning experience
- At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader / Team Lead
- Good knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and chemical handling
- Valid UAE driving license
- Good English communication skills
Salary
- up to AED 2,500 depending on experience
- Accommodation provided
- Transportation to and from accommodation provided
- Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
