Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content; apply knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Create ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, and videos, with a strong visual eye for design, branding, and presentation.
- Create and edit basic visual content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
- Plan content calendars and publishing schedules; manage boosting and paid campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and optimization.
- Monitor engagement, reach, growth, and content performance; work with the creative team to maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant social media experience.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook; experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media analytics.
- Good understanding of graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create content independently and collaborate with designers.
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and current with digital trends.
- Experience in events, luxury, lifestyle, or creative industries is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
