Lead the HR function and support the company's business objectives.
Oversee HR activities and work with business owners, directors, and senior management to implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Lead performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and statutory requirements; handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Manage HR software, employee records, and reporting.
- Support organisational development, succession planning, and talent management; provide management with HR insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience working directly with business owners, directors, and senior management.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HR software and Microsoft Office.

- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR operations.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
