Social Media Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage SureFlow's presence across all digital channels, mainly LinkedIn and YouTube, and any additional platforms identified as strategic for specific markets.
• Develop original written content for all channels, captions, post copy, headlines, and short-form editorial; adapting long-form content and optimizing for each platform's format and algorithm.
• Produce content that serves all three commercial audiences, B2G, B2B, and B2C, maintaining the appropriate messaging for each.
• Maintain a master publishing calendar shared with the PR & Communications Specialist and the Studio Content Specialist, scheduling all content around market entry milestones, product launches, and sector events.
• Coordinate with both team members to receive assets on schedule and publish them at the optimal moment for engagement and commercial impact.
• Maintain strict consistency in SureFlow's visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging, and act as the quality control checkpoint for all outward-facing communications.
• Provide regular reporting on channel performance, audience growth, and content effectiveness to inform ongoing strategy.
• Evaluate all paid social and advertising spend against clear criteria, audience reached, commercial moment, and expected outcome, and maximize organic reach before recommending paid amplification

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or communications.
• Strong written communicator in English; the ability to write with clarity and adaptability across different audiences and platforms.
• Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major platforms, including their advertising and analytics capabilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage a complex multi-channel calendar across several time zones.
• Must be able to **join immediately** and already based in **Dubai**.
