Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Research and analyze** target European and North American markets to understand local needs, regulatory environments, compliance requirements, and conditions for market entry.
• Identify and engage target organizations across public sector (municipalities, city authorities) and enterprise segments (utilities, insurance, infrastructure operators), and understand how these institutions operate, make decisions, and onboard new programs.
• Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline from prospecting through signed agreements.
• Monitor relevant **regulatory frameworks, compliance mandates, and industry directives,** and help prepare summaries, briefs, and responses to public consultations where needed.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, program materials, compliance summaries, business presentations, and analytical reports for different stakeholder profiles.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and public forums to stay informed on market trends and build relevant networks.
• Coordinate with internal product and deployment teams to align partner requirements with company capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder mapping to inform partnership strategy and company decision-making.
• Manage the company’s external communications related to partnerships, regulatory developments, and program milestones, including corporate social media content.

Requirements

• Fluent in **English**, both written and spoken, with strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven experience in **B2B business development, corporate affairs,** or **institutional sales**.
• Strong understanding of **regulatory and compliance environments**, particularly in utilities, infrastructure, or public sector contexts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities across sectors and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Must be able to **join immediately** and already based in **Dubai**.
• Nice to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience working with European or North American municipal or government stakeholders.
• Knowledge of EU funding mechanisms or smart city programs.
• Background in IoT, cleantech, or sustainability sectors.
• Experience with CRM or pipeline management tools (e.g. Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in **French or German**.
