Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise production infrastructure and server environments
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and zero-downtime deployments
• Monitor system health, set up alerting, and respond to incidents to ensure high availability
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, replication, and performance tuning
• Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker
• Manage physical and virtual server provisioning, networking, and storage
• Configure and manage DNS, SSL certificates, and domain infrastructure
• Set up and maintain email infrastructure (SMTP, inbound routing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Implement security best practices including secrets management, firewall configuration, access controls, and environment isolation
• Support real-time infrastructure including WebSocket connections and event-driven services
• Collaborate with back-end and front-end teams to streamline development workflows
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment procedures, and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration and on-premise infrastructure management
• Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL administration and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with bare-metal or VM-based server provisioning and maintenance
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, VLANs, load balancing)
• Familiarity with Cloudflare, Nginx, or comparable reverse proxy / CDN platforms
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar)
• Knowledge of authentication infrastructure (TOTP, token-based auth, session management)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus
• Familiarity with AI/LLM API hosting, scaling, and gateway management is a plus
• Knowledge of IoT data ingestion or hardware-connected systems is a plus
