Social Media Specialist

Overview

Department Specific Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage and execute content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and X, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
• Create engaging bilingual (Arabic & English) social media content, including captions, short-form copy, and campaign messaging.
• Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, health awareness initiatives, and organizational priorities.
• Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages while maintaining a professional and patient-centric brand voice.
• Research social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities to enhance audience engagement and organic reach.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators to support campaign execution and brand collaborations.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize social media management, analytics, and AI-powered tools to improve content creation, scheduling, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Multimedia teams to develop creative, impactful, and visually engaging campaigns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager in support of the Marketing Department.
