- Process and verify patient billing for Outpatient (OP), Inpatient (IP), and Day Care services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with the Insurance, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Admissions, and other clinical departments to facilitate timely billing, approvals, and claim processing.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance pre-authorizations, approvals, and claims while ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Handle daily billing transactions, invoice generation, cash collection reconciliation, and resolve billing-related queries from patients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate application of insurance coverage, co-payments, deductibles, and patient financial responsibilities in accordance with payer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate billing records and support the reconciliation of accounts, reporting discrepancies or outstanding issues to the Reporting Manager.
- Perform other billing and insurance-related duties assigned by the Reporting Manager to support the efficient functioning of the department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
