- Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Developing engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other digital content.
- Managing the restaurant's social media accounts and maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitoring social media trends and recommending new content ideas and strategies.
- Responding to customer inquiries, comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with restaurant operations, chefs, and management to gather content and promote campaigns.
- Planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Capturing or coordinating photo and video content for marketing purposes.
- Monitoring social media performance and preparing reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Collaborating with influencers, partners, and third-party agencies when required.
- Ensuring all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Assisting with other digital marketing and promotional activities as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
