Overview
We are looking for a skilled **Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant** who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring Odoo, and supporting development and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Work closely with developers on technical specifications and customizations
- Implement, test, and deploy Odoo solutions
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
- Prepare functional documentation and reports
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo (Functional or Techno-Functional role)
- Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, HR, Inventory)
- Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework is a plus
- Experience in Odoo implementation and customization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
