Experience

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to monthly content calendars.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

• Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form content.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for creative asset development.
• Assist in planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Build meaningful engagement and strengthen online communities.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze audience behavior and provide actionable insights to optimize content performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid social media advertising.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Business tools.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with influencer marketing and content creator collaborations.
