Job Summary

Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and execute all site civil works according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure the smooth coordination between different trades and subcontractors.
• Inspect site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and inspections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Ensure safety protocols and site housekeeping are maintained at all times.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related technical issues or design conflicts.
• Verify and certify subcontractor works and bills.
• Support the project team in achieving project milestones and timely completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+
• years
• of experience in site execution within construction or contracting companies (building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects).
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
