Overview

WhizzHR is hiring a Sales Executive to work with a leading Interior Design and Fitout firm in Dubai!

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior design and fit-out projects.

The role requires proactive lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and coordination with the design and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present services.
  • Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of sales/business development experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
