Social Media Marketing Specialist- Laduree Paris/Prime Qatar-Job Overview
The Social Media Marketing Specialist develops and executes social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drives engagement, and increases sales across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, while maintaining a luxury, sophisticated brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
· **Content Creation & Management:** Plan, curate, and produce high-quality content, including reels, stories, and photography, ensuring it aligns with Ladurée’s luxurious, aesthetic, and elegant branding.
· **Strategy Development:** Develop monthly content calendars and long-term social media strategies focused on increasing followership, catering revenue, and brand awareness.
· **Community Engagement:** Actively manage social media accounts, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, maintaining high-end customer service standards.
· **Paid Social Campaigns:** Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) to optimize ROI and reach new audiences.
· **Influencer Relations:** Collaborate with local Qatari influencers and lifestyle personalities for brand activations and product launches.
· **Analytics & Reporting:** Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to optimize performance.
· **Trends & Monitoring:** Stay updated on social media trends, F&B industry developments in Qatar, and competitor activities.
Required Skills And Qualifications
· **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the F&B, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
· **Creativity:** Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in photography, videography, and editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
· **Tools:** Proficiency in Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytical tools.
· **Personality:** Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
