Sales Manager

Sales Manager for Restaurant Chain- Laduree Café (often combined with Catering) is responsible for driving revenue through high-end retail, catering sales, and corporate partnerships, upholding the brand's luxury image.

· **Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:** Develop and execute sales strategies to increase in-store, online, and catering sales.

Prepare revenue forecasts and manage catering sales budgets.

· **Business Development:** Actively solicit new catering opportunities and corporate partnerships to expand the client portfolio.

· **Client Relationship Management (CRM):** Maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client communication and sales activities.

· **Operations Liaison:** Act as a key liaison between the sales team and operations (kitchen/floor staff) to ensure a seamless client experience.

· **Proposal & Order Management:** Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).

· **Brand Representation:** Ensure all client interactions reflect the premium, luxury standards of the Ladurée brand.

· **Experience:** Previous experience in a sales manager role, specifically within Food & Beverage (F&B) or luxury hospitality.

· **Skills:** Strong negotiation and sales skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with sales/event software.

· **Languages:** Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic proficiency is often prioritized in Doha.

· **Driving License:** A valid Qatar driving license is generally required for external sales visits.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
