About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of the recruitment landscape.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
