Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across key social media platforms to promote luxury real estate listings, brand stories, and company initiatives.
Responsibilities
include managing daily posting calendars, writing engaging captions, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance analytics to refine campaigns.
The role involves community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative partners to support lead generation, brand awareness, and high-quality digital presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including platform-specific best practices and analytics tools.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for social channels, including planning content calendars and campaigns.
- Familiarity with real estate or luxury brands is an advantage, particularly in the Dubai or GCC market.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) or coordination with designers and photographers is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.
