Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE.
The Junior Content Creator will help capture and produce engaging content that showcases our luxury listings, team, and brand stories across social platforms.
Working closely with the marketing team, you'll shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), take photos on-site at properties, and turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content.
This is a hands-on, learning-focused role ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to grow into a strong creator within an established luxury brand.
Responsibilities
- Shoot photo and video content on-site at properties and company events.
- Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using mobile and desktop tools.
- Assist in developing content ideas, hooks, and trends that fit the brand.
- Support the social media team with daily content needs and posting.
- Keep content organized and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications
- A starter portfolio or sample reel (personal projects, internships, or freelance work all count).
- Basic skills in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and a good eye for framing and lighting.
- Comfortable being hands-on with a camera or phone on-site.
- Awareness of social media trends, especially short-form video.
- Familiarity with real estate or luxury content is a plus, not a must.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and improve quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple tasks to deadline.
