Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager (360°) based in Dubai.
The role involves managing Zoya Developments' social media presence across all platforms.
Responsibilities
include creating and executing content strategies, optimizing social media channels (SMO), crafting compelling content, and engaging directly with audiences to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives and track performance metrics to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize accordingly
- Creative thinking and proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
