Overview
Zoya Developments is hiring a Project Manager
for its in-house construction company to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to company standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same profile within construction companies in the Dubai
- Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- DM Certificate would be an advantage
- Candidate must be familiar with authorities approvals in Dubai
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
