About This Role
Overview
We are currently seeking a highly professional and trustworthy Personal Accountant to manage and oversee all financial activities related to the
CEO’s Personal Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all personal financial transactions and expenses of the CEO
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of expenditures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with service providers, contractors, property managers, and suppliers to verify invoices and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain secure, confidential, and well-organized financial records
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, tax regulations, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
