Your Role At Winprofx

• Create high-quality social media creatives for Forex, CFD, trading, fintech, and broker-related campaigns.
• Design engaging posts, stories, reel covers, carousel designs, banners, advertisements, event creatives, and promotional materials across all digital platforms.
• Develop visually compelling concepts for campaigns, including bonuses, trading competitions, webinars, market updates, partner programs, and product launches.
• Maintain a consistent and premium brand identity across all social media channels and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to transform ideas into clear, professional, and impactful visual communication.
• Create designs that are compliant, accurate, and suitable for financial services marketing.
• Design educational and promotional materials related to Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and trading products.
• Understand and incorporate trading-related themes such as Forex pairs, charts, candlesticks, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, spreads, leverage, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platforms into creative designs.
• Adapt creative assets for different formats, screen sizes, and platform requirements.
• Create visual content for Meta Ads, Google campaigns, email marketing, websites, and landing pages when required.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, fintech design trends, and emerging creative technologies.
• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• The Employee shall at all times perform his/her duties with due skill, professional care, and diligence.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or a similar creative role.
• Previous experience within the Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, or Trading industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media design principles and digital marketing requirements.
• Ability to create premium, modern, and professional social media visuals.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, spacing, and brand consistency.
• Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into visually engaging content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
