- Develop and manage new client relationships
- Confidently promote trading solutions

- Support clients throughout their trading journey
- Promote the Company’s products and services mainly by phone, email and social networks
- Train the clients how to use company’s trading systems and products
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Manage the existing portfolio of clients with the focus of maximizing customer size and trading volume, whereby you always work professionally, ethically and customer oriented.
- Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retain existing clients
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service
- Keep up-to-date with the financial markets in a daily basis
- Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation.
- Follow internal regulations and procedures provided by Back Office department
- Complete required training and development objective within the assigned time frame
- The Employee shall meet his/her monthly targets as specified by the Head of Sales at the beginning of each month. Such targets are measured at the discretion of the Employer.
- The Employee shall at all times perform his/her duties with the due skill, professional care and diligence.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least one (1) years of sales experience in financial services industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Strong team player, willing to contribute actively within the business
- Strong business acumen with problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions/find solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship–building skills.
