Overview
Dreamland Real Estate Brokerage is a growing Dubai-based real estate company looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team.
If you live and breathe Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video, and you're excited about Dubai's booming real estate market — we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for capturing and producing daily short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) showcasing our properties, agents, and Dubai's real estate market.
Your work will be the visual face of Dreamland across all our social media platforms.
This is a hands-on creative role with full ownership of our video content output.
You'll work directly with our property consultants, visit Dubai's most exciting properties and developments, and have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot daily short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) at properties, developer launches, and around our office
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Create engaging hooks, text overlays, captions, and transitions that drive engagement
- Develop scripts and storyboards for property tours, agent profiles, and market updates
- Capture professional photos of properties when needed
- Manage our content calendar and post consistently across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with our agents (Ali, Ayoob, Christine) to plan and produce content
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and content styles in the Dubai real estate space
- Edit longer-form videos for YouTube (property walk-throughs, market updates)
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video creation and editing (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory)
- Portfolio of Reels, TikToks, or short-form video content (please share links)
- Proficiency in video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable shooting with both DSLR/mirrorless cameras and smartphones
- Understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content perform well
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, lighting, and pacing
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily content deadlines
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
