Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly approachable Social Media & Events Executive to lead our presence across the UAE region.
The successful candidate will act as the creative bridge between on-ground activities and our production team.
Your primary goal is to spread positivity and build strong relationships with students while guiding the media team to capture compelling organic content for our social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

- Media Team Guidance & Organic Content Strategy
- Media Leadership: Guide and direct the on-site media team during regional events to ensure high-quality photography and videography are captured.
- Content Vision: Identify key "organic" moments and student interactions, instructing the media team on exactly what to capture for social media stories and posts.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the photo and video editing process to effectively lead the creative vision and provide technical direction to the production/editing team.
- Copywriting: Able to oversee the algorithm-friendly captions with integrated keywords and a maximum of 5 hashtags per post.
2. Regional Events & Student Engagement
- Event Execution: Plan and manage student-led activities and regional engagements across the UAE.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a friendly and approachable nature to foster a vibrant and positive community atmosphere for students.
- Problem Solving: Supervise logistics and handle on-site coordination to ensure event success.
3. Regional Brand Management
- Visual Consistency: Oversee the use of the brand guidelines in all content.
- SEO Optimization: Perform basic keyword research to optimize regional titles and descriptions for organic growth.
Requirements
· Fresh graduate in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven ability to lead and guide media teams during live event shoots.
· Approachable, friendly, and outgoing personality with a focus on student well-being.
· Strong technical knowledge of post-production and editing workflows.
· Deep understanding of social media algorithms and organic engagement strategies.
· Flexibility to travel across the UAE for various events and organic content opportunities.
· Proficiency in professional communication (e.g., using 'countries' instead of 'nations').
