We are seeking a data-driven
Social Media Analyst
(Junior to Mid-level)
to join our team in the Dubai office.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in social media analytics within a marketing, consulting, or digital agency environment, and excels at turning data into clear insights and client-ready narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations, brand mentions, sentiment, hashtag trends, and influencer activity across markets and platforms.
- Generate insights using leading social listening tools e.g. Sprout Social, Meltwater, Brandwatch,..
- Build weekly, monthly, and campaign-based analytical social media reports.
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.
- Translate social listening data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media listening, social media analytics or digital insights.
- Proficiency in social listening platforms across all levels.
- Strong understanding of Boolean queries, sentiment analysis, and social listening methodologies.
- Strong Excel/Sheets capabilities; data visualization familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
