Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Consultancy Manager based in our Riyadh office . The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and manage client relationships across assigned accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner
• Lead, mentor, and coach the team to ensure high performance and continuous development
• Review the performance of media and digital campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities and areas for improvement
• Develop media and digital strategies, planning, optimization, & performance enhancement, as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously develop knowledge of the market, media landscape, and emerging trends, with strong familiarity with data, tools, and platforms related to digital planning and buying
• Demonstrate confidence and sound judgment in decision-making to effectively execute responsibilities and achieve defined KPIs

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years' experience in offline media & digital (planning, optimization and buying) with a leading media or digital agency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven knowledge of the media industry, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns
• Strong team player with high attention to detail and accountability
