Our goal is to improve the effectiveness of their campaigns and secure a higher return on their media investment.
Job Description
- Lead and manage client relationships across assigned accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner
- Lead, mentor, and coach the team to ensure high performance and continuous development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance using reporting tools and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve KPIs and ROI.
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms and content to achieve brand, engagement, and business objectives.
- Utilize benchmarking metrics and actionable insights to develop strategic, data-driven recommendations that enhance clients’ social media performance and business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations, brand mentions, audience sentiment, hashtag trends, competitor activities, and influencer engagement across markets and digital platforms to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, analytics and implementation with a good digital agency.
- Proficiency in social listening platforms and strong understanding of sentiment and influencer mapping.
- Excellent communication, and presentation and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
