About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin consultations and skin analysis
• Deliver facial and skincare treatments including:
• HydraFacial

• Deep Cleansing Facials

• Chemical Peels
• Carbon Facial
• Oxygen Facial
• LED Therapy

• Skin Rejuvenation Treatments

• Educate patients on skincare routines and treatment plans
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment programs
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
• Document treatment records accurately
• Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, and reception teams
• Support patient retention and treatment plan completion
• Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction

Requirements

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in skin therapy or aesthetic clinics
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetic clinics
• Experience with HydraFacial systems
• Experience with advanced facial treatments
• Retail skincare sales experience
• Strong patient retention and customer service skills
