HR Generalist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities across all clinics
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and policy documents
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee compliance
• Support performance management and KPI tracking initiatives
• Assist clinic managers with employee relations matters
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
• Conduct periodic visits to clinic locations when required
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management
• Support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Experience managing HR operations for multiple branches or locations
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Experience with performance management systems and KPIs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Healthcare or medical sector experience is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HRMS systems
• Experience supporting healthcare, medical centers, or aesthetic clinics
