Patient Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients throughout their treatment journey
• Explain treatment plans, packages, and available options
• Coordinate communication between patients and doctors
• Support treatment plan acceptance and conversion
• Follow up with patients after consultations
• Assist patients in scheduling and completing treatment plans
• Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality
• Follow up on pending quotations and treatment proposals
• Coordinate with the call center, reception, doctors, and management
• Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates
• Support patient retention and reactivation initiatives
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient coordination, customer service, sales, or healthcare administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and communication style
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, dermatology clinics, or healthcare centers
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience handling treatment plans and quotations
• Understanding of patient journey management
