Role Overview
Agrabah Events seeks a hardworking, skilled, and reliable painter and production assistant for its production team.
The company works in event production, creative fabrication, branding, and event setup.
Responsibilities
- Paint and finish event props, wooden structures, MDF panels, backdrops, display stands, and decorative items.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, priming, and painting.
- Apply spray paint, brush, and roller finishes with attention to detail.
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, preparation, and installation of event materials.
- Support loading, unloading, transportation, setup, and dismantling of event equipment and structures.
- Maintain painting tools and production equipment, and keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Follow production instructions, meet project deadlines, and follow safety procedures during production and event setup.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in painting, event production, carpentry, or fabrication is preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing materials.
- Ability to use basic production tools and equipment safely.
- Must be physically capable of handling production and setup tasks.
- Expected to be hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and event schedules when required.
