Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned work and monitor progress at the project site.
• Assist in developing the plans necessary to complete the required project activities.
• Contribute to identifying project requirements, resources, and materials needed for execution.
• Monitor the attendance and absence of technicians and company employees and report any observations.
• Contribute to identifying manpower and recruitment needs for projects.
• Provide opinions and suggestions that contribute to improving project performance and execution.
• Carry out tasks and instructions assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintain a presence at project sites and monitor daily activities to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
• Prepare reports related to work progress and submit them to the concerned management.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Good monitoring and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of operational processes, services, and technical applications.
• Ability to supervise work teams and monitor field execution activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze field-related issues and contribute to appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Working Conditions

• Field-based work at project sites.

Authority

• As per the company's authorization matrix.

Required Experience

• Three years of experience in the field or in a similar position.

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of working in project and site environments.

Position Profile

• The position holder shall be capable of:
• Supervising and monitoring field activities and their execution.
• Coordinating and communicating with work teams, clients, and contractors.
• Monitoring workforce attendance and absenteeism on site.
• Preparing periodic reports related to work progress.
• Contributing to identifying project material and manpower requirements.
• Resolving daily operational issues and providing appropriate recommendations.
• Monitoring project schedules and ensuring work progresses according to the approved plan.
