Overview

Job Summary

• The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising the teams assigned to execute projects at site locations and acting as the liaison between the company's Project Management Department and the client to ensure that work is carried out according to technical requirements and approved schedules.

• Supervise all technical and mechanical works executed on site.
• Provide technical information and support to the project team to meet client requirements.
• Identify project requirements, including materials, equipment, and tools necessary for execution.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals submitted by the company.
• Identify training needs for project personnel.
• Maintain a regular presence at project sites and monitor daily activities to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Prepare technical reports related to project performance and submit them to the relevant management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and follow up on project plans, schedules, and work hours.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent research and technical reporting skills.
• Good understanding of operational processes, services, and technical applications.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and execution control practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand and apply modern engineering technologies and innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Working Conditions

• Field-based position requiring work at project sites.

Authority

• As defined in the Company's Authorization Matrix.

Required Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field or a similar position.

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of working in project and construction site environments.

Position Profile

• The ideal candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer with at least five years of experience and the ability to:
• Manage and supervise site activities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports.
• Review materials and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals.
• Resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure smooth site operations in accordance with approved plans.
